Who qualifies: top 200 holders at the window start — a holder is a linked wallet cluster or a solo wallet, ranked by the balance it held when the window opened (current balance with the window's net flow backed out), so a whale that emptied inside the window still ranks · infrastructure and the zero address excluded. Windows are ranked as if today's cluster graph existed at the window open; the # column is that window-start balance rank, not any rank the wallet displayed at the time.
